A sample itinerary:

Day 1 - Wine Tasting:

Coffee + light breakfast walking through the charming downtown of St Helena

Tasting at Caymus (11:30am)

Lunch at Bistro Jeanty (1:00pm)

Tasting at Inglenook (3:00pm)

V. Sattui - buy a bottle of wine and enjoy the rest of your afternoon on the picnic grounds. They are open until 6pm which is later than any tastings go in Napa (great tastings are also offered here)

Dinner at Coqueta

Day 2 - Spa:

Breakfast at your hotel, (coffee shop), or head straight to Solbar for breakfast by the pool (you can book a table here even if you’re not staying at the hotel)

Spa day at Solage

Relaxed tasting + charcuterie board outdoors at Brian Arden

Dinner at The French Laundry or Bouchon

Day 3 - Champagne Tasting:

Brunch at Brix (sit outdoors for the vineyard view, of course).

Champagne tasting at Domaine Carneros

Stop for a late lunch or early dinner at Farm (at Carneros Resort) on your way out of the Valley.
